Mr. Sylvan is survived by his wife Lucille, nee Goff, one daughter: Barbara(Don) Bales of Lynwood, IL; 3 grandchildren: Laura Bales, Beth(Ron) Ostrowski, and Amy(Chad) Miller; 8 great grandchildren: Tyler Bales, Justin, Brandon, and Caden Ostrowski, Andrew, Jordyn, Samantha, and Natalie Miller.
