Jose Rocha, age 67, of Crete, IL, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019. Beloved husband of Consuelo Rocha, nee Velazquez for 43 years.  Loving father of Vynera (Cristino) Cortez, Evelia (Benjamin Hernandez) Rocha, and Jose Zarrmo Rocha.   Proud grandfather of Christian Issac Cortez, Christopher Sebastian Cortez, Alexandro Romo Rocha, Chris Johnathan Cortez, Kirsten Christine Cortez, Carmen Esperanza, Khloe Christabella Cortez and Saliya A. Hernandez. He was the oldest brother of 10 siblings.

Prayer service Friday, November 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. from Smits Funeral Home to St. John the Evangelist Day Chapel, 11301 W. 93 ^rd Ave. St. John, IN, for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery – Calumet City, IL.
