Joseph S. Haggard, age 85, of Sauk Village, IL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Haggard, nee Fairchild. Loving father of Richard Haggard, Sherry (William) Lightcap, and Joseph Haggard Jr. Dear brother of James Haggard and Grace Wuerzinger. Preceded in death by his parents James and Edna Haggard. Joseph was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
