Joy E. Upchurch, nee Kramer, age 66, of Waleska, GA, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017. Beloved wife of the late John W. Upchurch and the late Albert J. Oezer. Loving mother of Stacy Polmen, Melissa (Brad) Elkins, and Edward Upchurch. Proud grandmother of Jacob, Lucas, Heather, Amber, and Summer. Dearest daughter of Fay and the late Jacob Kramer. Dear sister of Jack (Tammy) Kramer, Laurel (Richard) Hamilton, Marcia (Larry) Tromp, and the late Donald Kramer. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.
