Joyce I. Wonders nee Sturtevant, age 84 of Park Forest, Illinois, passed away peacefully November 19, 2015. Beloved wife of 65 years to Samuel Wonders.Loving mother of the late Georgette (Hope) Wonders, Heather (late Tim) Keefer, late Jabez "Andy" Wonders, Autumn (Simon Szeghy) Wonders and Naomi Wonders. Cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Visitation Wednesday November 25, 2015from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. at Smits-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Interment at Evergreen Hill Cemetery Steger, IL. In Lieu of flowers memorials to Salvation Army appreciated.
