Juanito Souffrant, age 68, of Saint-Marc, Haiti and Crete, IL, passed peacefully June 21, 2024. Beloved husband of Myriam Souffrant (nee Jean-Baptiste), loving father of Michael Jeffrey and Magali Claire Isabelle, and father figure to Jeffrey King and grandfather figure to Sean King, beloved son of Jean-Marc and Dieula Souffrant, loving brother of Monique Souffrant, Reginald and Maria Souffrant, Yzabel Souffrant, and Christina Souffrant, dear uncle of Breanna, Kervens, Dilsa and Jon, Victor, Nakysha, Darrion, Jonah, Joshua, and Josiah, dear cousin to the Sylvestre, Georges-Louis, Rolles, Brutus, Riboul, Saieh, Bastien, Casseus, Jean-Charles and Ilet families. Dear in-law to the Jean-Baptiste, Franck, Pouponneau, Steide, Charles, Hippolyte, Price, and Serres familes, as well as many, many dear friends. Juanito will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
