Judith “Judy” A. Schaefer, age 84, of Homewood, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Mathias Schaefer and the late James Jaeger. Loving mother of Kathleen (John) Mucha, Kimberly (Bill Hogan) Swanson and Marc (Rose) Schaefer. Cherished grandmother of Jessica (Dan) Korso, Jonathan (Christina) Mucha, Kirsten (Dave) Swanson-Johnstone, Nicholas Swanson, Erik (Jamie) Swanson, Jake Swanson, Mattie Rose (Paul) Bozek and Marc Daniel Schaefer and great-grandmother of Wesley and Julia Korso. Judith will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
