Juliette Marie Zagone

Juliette Marie (nee Marcotte) Zagone, age 83, passed away on April 11, 2010 at home following a two year battle with cancer. Born in Marshall, MN, she lived for over 60 years in Steger, IL and has been a resident of Assembly Park, Delavan, WI since 1993. Julie is survived by her six children: Jim (the late Mary) of Delavan, WI; Carmella (Bert) Foster of Deephaven, MN; Margie (Barry) Zamzow of Boise, ID; Joe (Marielle) of Steger, IL; Rev. Fred, S.J., of Milwaukee, WI; and Rosanne (Tim) Nipko of Hollywood, FL; fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren; her sister Rita Pepitone of Hallandale Beach, FL; and special friend Margaret Gregg of Williams Bay, WI.She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years Joe in 2005; her parents Fred and Alma Marcotte; and two brothers Fred and Donald. Special thanks to caregivers Pauline Leseberg, Betty Jones and the many caring nurses from the Aurora Visiting Nurses Association. Visitation will be on Tuesday April 13 from 4-7 PM at the Betzer Funeral Home, 118 S. Second Street, Delavan, WI. Mass on Wednesday April 14 at 10 AM at St. Andrew Church, 701 E. Walworth Avenue, Delavan, WI. There will be an additional visitation on Thursday April 15 from 4-7 PM at the Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Road, Steger, IL. Rosary at 7 PM. Mass on Friday April 16 at 10 AM at St. Liborius Church, 71 W. 35th Street, Steger, IL. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Steger.
