June L. Eubanks nee Jansen, age 83, of South Holland, IL, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2009. June is survived by her son: James Scott Eubanks of South Holland, IL; three grandchildren Matthew, Leah and Micah; one brother: Donald (Pat) Jansen of Mesa, AZ; She was preceded in death by her husband the late James M. Eubanks and two sisters: late Blanche (late Sid) DeYoung and late Faye (Royce) Laverman. A Private Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home (649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL with services conducted by Rev. Alfonzo Surrett.
