June Ann Post nee Kosmalski, age 79 of Monee, IL. passed away March 10, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Harold J. Post (2008). Loving mother of Kathleen (Tim) Adelsbach, Raymond Post, Karen (Brian) Wallace, and Roger (Kathleen Doyle) Post. Cherished grandmother of Sarah Houdek, Tyler Post, Amy Wallace and Katie Wallace. Dearest sister of Joy Kosmalski. Visitation Sunday March 13th from 3:00 " 8:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.). Funeral Service Monday 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chicago Heights with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. Interment will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Flossmoor, IL. June was a former telephone operator for Illinois Bell and the Sears Roebuck Co. she was also a dispatcher for the former family business the Star Cab Co. and a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church Altar Guild.
