Kari Lynn Kort, nee VanderWoude, age 48, of Saint John, IN, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020.  Beloved wife of Charles “Chip” R. Kort.  Loving mother of Caleb (Laura), Isaac, Andrew, and Ellie Kort.  Cherished daughter of Larry and Nancy VanderWoude.  Dear sister of Wendy (Dennis) Woodworth, Randy (Missy) VanderWoude, Daniel VanderWoude, and Ryan (Lauren) VanderWoude.  Adored auntie of seventeen nieces and nephews.  Kari was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.

Visitation Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.  Funeral service Monday, September 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 1538 Janice Dr, Schererville, IN 46375 with services conducted by Rev.
