Katherine Amptmeyer

Katherine Amptmeyer, nee Vrshek, age 72, of Schererville, IN, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 24, 2022.  Loving wife of Albert Amptmeyer Jr.  Devoted mother of Albert (Lorie) Amptmeyer III and Aaron (Allison) Amptmeyer. Cherished Oma of Audrey and Holland Amptmeyer. Dear sister of Jerry (Karen) Vrshek, Terry (Carole) Vrshek, Albert (Patty) Vrshek, and the late Sharon Vrshek.  Fond aunt of several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Adeline Vrshek.  Katherine retired from the Lake Central School Corp as an administrative secretary.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
