Katherine Marie Frank , nee Doherty, age 77, of Riverdale, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 3, 2021.  Beloved wife of Ronald Frank.  Loving mother of John (Nancy) Boomsma, Gerald (Ann) Boomsma, Katherine Boomsma, and Tamatha (Brian) Penney.  Cherished grandmother of David (Amanda Cast) Boomsma, Ronald Penney, Angelina Penney, Abigail Penney, and Ainsley Penney.  Dear sister of the late James Doherty, late Mary Drummond, and the late Loretta Doherty.  Kind aunt of several nieces and nephews.  Katherine was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
