Kathryn Mae Vinke, nee DeYoung, age 94, of South Holland, IL, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Beloved wife of the late John Louis Vinke. Devoted mother of Jill (Quentin) Carter, John Louis (Janet) Vinke Jr., Craig (Mary) Vinke, Robert Vinke, and Mary Beth (Dann) Schroeder. Proud grandmother of 13; great-grandmother of 18. Dear sister of the late Evelyn (late Joseph) Bass, late Peter DeYoung, late Ted DeYoung, Jack DeYoung and James DeYoung.

Visitation Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the private family funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home 649 E. 162 ^nd St. South Holland, IL with Revs. Terry DeYoung and Cindi Veldheer DeYoung officiating. Interment Homewood Memorial Gardens – Homewood, IL.
