Keith Russell Ostby

Keith Russell Ostby, age 72, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 14, 2022. He was born in Lansing, IL on May 28, 1950 to the late Kenneth and the late Mary Ellyn Ostby (nee Vandenoever). He attended Thornton Fractional South High School and proudly served four years in the United States Navy. The fourth of five children, Keith was the loving brother of the late Kathryn Ostby, the late Kenneth Ostby, Lance (late Ellen) Ostby, and Kimberly (Glen) Kaminski. He adored his step-daughter, six nieces, and two nephews. Keith be remembered for his kindness, sense of humor, captivating smile, and warm hugs.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL, 60475.
