MAYFIELD Kenneth L. Mayfield, age 64, of Calumet City, IL formerly of South Chicago, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014. Beloved son of the late Eymard and the late Dorothy Mayfield. Loving brother of Joan(late Edward) Rolek and Kathy(late Joseph) Maratto. Dear uncle of Laura(Rick) McCormick, Linda(Jeff) Rafalski, Robert(Heather) Rolek, and Daniel Maratto. Cherished great-uncle of Ryan and Jillian Rafalski and Dottie and Vivian Rolek. Private services were held.
