Kevin M Bowman

Kevin Bowman, age 44, of St. John, IN, formerly of East Chicago, IN passed away Friday, January 31, 2014. Mr. Bowman was born on November 26, 1969. He was a union electrician and a master of his trade. Those who knew him often laughed with him. Kevin is survived by his loving wife: Julie De Kruiff; one son: Seth Bowman; one sister: Laura (Charles) Hagerman and one brother: Brian (Jennifer) Bowman; nieces Meagan, Katrina, Elle, Kira and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his adoring parents: Paul and Rosalie(nee Gawron) Bowman. Visitation Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 2:00 -8:00 PM. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN 46311. Funeral service Friday, February 7, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Patrick Kalich officiating. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the family.
