Wayne Martin of Lansing, IL, age 79, went home to his Lord and Savior on November 19, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Cornelia “Cora” Martin, nee Boersema. Dear father of Cindy (Brian) Yonkman, William (Ruth) Martin, and Michael (Michele) Martin. Proud grandfather of Matthew (Ginnette) Yonkman, Beth (Dave) Sitter, Albert Martin (late), Steve (Allison) Yonkman, Melissa Martin, Joshua Martin, Shannon Martin, Mykena Martin, and great grandchildren Clarissa, Elaina, Nadia, David, and Jedidiah Sitter. Loving brother of James (late Corrine) Martin, the late Robert (Geri) Martin, Windy (Marilyn) Martin, and Mary Jean (Vernon) Simmons. Preceded in death by his parents William and Velma Martin.

Visitation Friday, November 23, 2018 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Lynwood United Reformed Church, 1990 Glenwood-Dyer Rd., Lynwood, IL. A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with services conducted by Rev. Nick Alons. Interment at Skyline Memorial Park Cemetery – Monee, IL on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to Mid-America Reformed Seminary (229 Seminary Dr. Dyer, IN 46311).
