Lambert William “Bill” Scheeringa, age 84 of Highland, IN passed away peacefully on Thursday September 8, 2016. Beloved husband of Betty Scheeringa nee Vos. Loving father of Donna (Dean) Hoover, Harold (Lynn) Scheeringa, Beverly (Keith) Bruxvoort, William “Bill” (Grace) Scheeringa, and Laura (Gary Standish) Scheeringa. Devoted grandfather of ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Dick(Joanne), late Bob(late Ruth), late Dorothy(late Mitch) Ruiter, late Tony(late Betty), late Sid(late Sandy), late Marv(Florence), Loretta (late Harry) Klar, Donald (Barb), and Jerry. Bill was the founder of Bill’s Produce, Inc. He was also a generous supporter of Christian education and various other ministries.
