Larry N. Middleton

Larry N. Middleton, age 80, of East Hazel Crest, IL, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023.  Beloved husband of Faith Middleton, nee Janko.  Loving father of Larry P. (Laura) Middleton and Lisa (Jeffrey Kaye) Middleton-Kaye.  Cherished grandfather of Tyler (Sarah) Middleton, Zachary (Jacey) Witak, Emilie (Cody) Moskovsky, Sarah (Sean Blair) Witak, Jacob Witak, Olivia (fiancé Miles Wayer) Middleton, Dylan Kaye, Chase Kaye, and Trevor Kaye. Great-grandfather of Jax, Mila, and Charlie. Dear brother of Jeannine Peterson and Robert Middleton. Uncle of several nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Voneda Middleton.   Larry was a pipefitter for Local #597. He was a race car driver for 40 years.  He was inducted into the Illinois Stock Car Hall of Fame in 2018.  Larry was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a memorial service to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN.
