LaVerne C. Owens nee Cullin, age 78 of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully June 20, 2018. Loving mother of Terri (Jimmy) Permenter, Randy Lindley, Mark Lindley, Jimmy Lindley, Bobbi Ann (Jerry) Williams, and Tracy (Glenn) Garza. Cherished grandmother of twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Charylene (Kenneth) Flanner. LaVerne was preceded in death by here parents; Charles and Bernice Rose-Cullin, brothers; Richard and James Cullin.
