Lawrence David Buchmeier

Lawrence David Buchmeier, age 80, of Monee, Illinois, passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 6, 2025. Loving father of Loren (Alisa) Buchmeier and Brandon Buchmeier. Cherished grandfather of Holden Buchmeier and Emmet Buchmeier. Dear brother of Jeanette Buchmeier-Amstien, Linda Buchmeier-Kiel and Cindy (late Leroy) Buchmeier-Matthias. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Laura and Emil Buchmeier and his siblings Emil (late Peggy) Buchmeier Jr., Lloyd (Alma) Buchmeier, Virginia (late Kenneth) Buchmeier-Wilson and Barbara Buchmeier-Werner. Lawrence was a proud Veteran of the United States Army. He was a master carpenter and spent his whole life building homes. Lawrence will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
