Lenora J. Mulder

Lenora J. Mulder, nee Lagestee, age 96, of South Holland, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 8, 2020.  Beloved wife of the late Martin Mulder.  Loving mother of Susan Eizenga, Ross (Kathy) Mulder, and Laura (Bob) Boomsma. Proud grandmother of Robert (Connie) Jorgensen, Michelle Jorgensen, Laura (Don) Merryman, Mark (Lindsey) Mulder, Philip (Laura) Mulder, Jon (Heidi) Mulder, Chris (Kelly) Boomsma, and Tim (Stacie) Boomsma; great-grandmother of Kearstin, Samantha, Nickolas, Andrew, Ryan, Alyssa, Ryan, Xander, Tatym, Dax, Elyse, Mila, Ronan, Quinn, Abbie, and Hannah.  Dear sister of the late Shirley (late Clarence “Al”) Holleman, late Elaine (late John) Eagan, late Judi (late George) Pappas, Leonard (Bette) Lagestee, and the late Wayne Lagestee.  Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Also preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Leola Lagestee.

Visitation Saturday, July 18, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.   ( In consideration of others, masks are encouraged .) Private family burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery – Lansing, IL. Memorial contributions may be given to Providence Li fe Services Mission Award Fund at Village Woods or Crown Point Christian School .
