Leona Y. Mcguire

Leona Y. McGuire (nee Hansen), age 91 of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully May 26, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Richard McGuire.  Loving mother of Sandra Tohmetz, Richard (Penny) McGuire, and the late Terrance (late MaryBeth) McGuire. Cherished grandmother of Brent Fitzler, Erica McGuire, Dawn (Troy) Baylor, and Kelly (Donnie JR) Brown. Adoring great-grandmother of Danny Julius, the late Andria Brown, Alexis Julius, Abigail Brown, Megan Brown, the late Stephanie Brown, Amber Baylor, and Aiden Fitzler. Dearest sister of Raymond Hansen, Richard Hansen, Arlene Lawton, the late Jack Hansen, the late Gene Hansen and the late Ida Louise “WeWe” Hansen. Leona will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation, Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 12:30 p.m. at Smits, Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd, Steger, Illinois.
