Loving mother of Janet Ross, Rita (Gianni) Bianchi, Tonya Ross-Bianchi, and Andrea (Robert) Reichert. Cherished grandmother of Gianna Bianchi, Andrew and Winona Pender, Rianna, Alyssa and Jaden Reichert. Dearest Daughter of the late William & Edna Fender and sister of the late William, Robert, and Lloyd Fender & Evelyn Betsacon..
