Louis Gene Garcia Sr. age 60 of So. Chicago Heights formerly of Steger, passed away on Saturday April 7, 2007. Beloved husband of 41 years to Linda nee Cox, loving father of Mary Chris (Brian) Panozzo, Louis Corky (Noella) Garcia, Melissa Missy Garcia and Rachel Book, beloved son of Gus (Late Mary) Garcia, dear brother of Junior (Linda), Dennis, Robert (Anita), Roy (Keven), and Bruce (Angie) cherished Pa of Victoria, Katilyn, Kevin, and Brittany, also surviving are several nieces & nephews. Louis was preceded in death by his son Robert. Mr. Garcia was formerly employed by Alpha Steel Co., EZ Muffler, and a former co-owner of Sunlife Tanning in Homewood. Visitation Friday April 13th from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. at Smits Funeral Homes- Steger Memorial Chapel (3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL.) Interment Private.
