Louis G Rogge, age 87, of Chicago Heights, Illinois, passed away peacefully, September 28, 2013. Beloved husband of Delores Rogge nee Smith. Loving father of Patricia (Richard) Myles, Lawrence (Susan), James (Sherry), Annette (Bruce) Parker, Byron (Maria) and Diane (Tom) Marini. Cherished grandfather of thirteen and great grandfather of four. Dear brother of the late George, late Joseph (Bonnie), late Dennis (Donna), late Victor, late Richard, MaryLou (Michael) Michelson, Avon (Owen) Hess, Rose (Lyle) Huso, Ronald (Bev), late Constance and Donald (Anne). Visitation Wednesday October 2, 2013 from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. at Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Road Steger, IL 60475. Louis was a WWII Navy Veteran and member of the South Chicago Heights American Legion Post 131. Interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery - Elwood, IL.
