Luis E. Nava, Jr., age 25, of South Holland, IL passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023.  Loving son of David Haro Jr., Blanca Navarro, and Luis E. Nava, Sr. Dear brother of David Haro III, Daniel Haro, Jacob Murillo, Lily Murillo, Bella Rose Nava, and Natalia Sophia Nava.  Luis was loved by many and will be missed.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 from 4:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt. 6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. Visitation will also be held at the funeral home on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home.  A funeral mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist / Lord of Mercy Catholic Church,15746 Union Ave., Harvey, IL.

El velorio con familiares y amigos se llevará acabo el jueves 30 de noviembre de 2023 de 4:00 a 9:00 p.m. en Smits Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt. 6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. El velorio también se llevará acabo en la funeraria el viernes 1 de diciembre de 2023 de 8:30 a 10:30 a. m. en Smits Funeral Home. Seguirá una misa fúnebre a las 11:00 a. m. en la Iglesia Católica St. John the Baptist/Lord of Mercy, 15746 Union Ave., Harvey, IL.
