Mabel L. Gaz

Mabel L. Gaz, age 95, of Steger, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 8, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Lidio Gaz. Loving mother to Jeff (Melodie) Gaz and the late Sandra (Michael) Pollock. Cherished grandmother to Ian Gaz, Chelsea Gaz, and Mitchell Pollock. Preceded om death by parents William and Francis James. Mabel’s presence will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation to be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until time if Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL 60475. Interment at Beverly Cemetery Blue Island-IL. Memorial contributions in Mabel’s name may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105).
