Manley Robert Hall

Manley “Bob” Robert Hall, age 95, of Steger, IL, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, two days before his 96 ^th birthday.  Beloved husband of the late Marjorie Hall for 54 years.  Loving father of Theresa (Rick) Reneau, James (Patricia) Hall, Robert (Cheri) Hall, Joseph (Jen) Hall, Donald Hall, and John (Debra) Hall.  Cherished grandfather of nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.  Dear brother of Ed (Kathy) Hall and brother-in-law of Anne Hall.  Preceded in death by siblings; Louise Coffelt, Lois Forbes, Jean Holtz, Art Hall and Richard Hall, parents; Manley and Theresa Hall, granddaughter; Michelle Kasper, and his significant other Marva Stolzenbach.  Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Bob was a proud WWII Navy veteran.  He was employed for close to 50 years with Flintkote, Tile Tex, and Allied Tube & Conduit as a traffic manager.  Bob also, in order to meet needs, sold clothes at Robert Hall Clothing and Klein for many years.  His passions were gardening and owning his own cabins on Butternut Lake in Wisconsin for 49 years.  He was affectionately known by many as "Papa Bear".  Bob was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
