Margaret Alice Pickens(nee Word) age 70, of Park Forest, Illinois, passed away peacefully January 9, 2017. Beloved wife of Ken Pickens. Loving mother of Michelle Potts and Jacqueline Pickens. Cherished grandmother of Melissa (Josh) Lopez, Alison Potts and Faith Pickens. Cherished great grandmother of Destiny Moutry, Aaliyah McMillian. Dear sister-in-law of Kevin (Karen) Pickens, Renee (Dominic) Civetti, Beth (Craig) James and the late Charles Pickens. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Alice enjoyed gardening, playing golf, tennis, swimming and spending time with family.
