Margaret A. “Midge” Ballard, nee Hart, age 81, late of Calumet City, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Charles V. Ballard. Devoted mother of Michelle (William) Nellett, Curtis (Sandee) Ballard, late Jeffrey, and the late Craig Ballard. Proud grandmother of Dr. Kathryn (Dr. Michael) Halyko, Samantha, Kayla, Amanda, Rylee, Mary, and the late Kelsey; great-grandmother of Logan. Dear sister of the late Aloysius (late Minnie) Hart, Dorothy (late Ed) Camp, Zelma (late Bob) Dennis, Ann (late John) Blazic, Michael Hart, Robert Hart, William (late Jean) Hart, and the late Jane (Julius) Pater. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Aloysius and Irene Hart.Visitation Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home James E.
