Margaret “Marge” Ann Pearson, nee Zander, age 82, of Thornton, IL, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Pearson. Loving mother of Jeffrey Michels, Michelle Michels, Steven (Laurie) Michels, and the late Kevin Michels. Proud grandmother of Cassandra Michels. Step-mother of Bill Pearson and the late Paul Pearson. Dear sister of Raymond (Madelyn) Zander and Janet (late Alton Jr.) Sanders. Preceded in death by her parents John and Martha Zander.

Visitation Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt.6/159th St.) South Holland, IL. Funeral service Monday, June 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church (510 Chicago Rd. Thornton, IL) with Rev. Harold Wahl officiating. Interment Assumption Cemetery - Glenwood, IL.
