Margarito Carreon

Margarito Carreon, age 90, of Sauk Village, Illinois, passed away peacefully July 17, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Rose M. Carreon, nee Pena. Loving father of Sally (Andrew) Smado, Robert Carreon and Mary Ann Carreon. Cherished grandfather of Michael Smado, Sara (Gino) Georgetti and Trevor Carreon; Great-grandfather of Gianna Rose Georgetti and Olivia Marie Georgetti. Dear brother of Teresa Guerrero and Mario (Lynn) Carreon. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by three brothers, one sister, and parents; Cenobio and Santos Benavidas Carreon. Margarito was a proud United States Airforce Veteran, and he was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
