Maria G. Meza, age 59, of Harvey, IL passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023.  Beloved wife of Antonio Meza. Cherished mother of Christian Daniel Meza and Jose Antonio Meza. Dear sister of Patricia, the late Margarita, Maria Refugio, Beatris, Alberto, and Josefina. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Refugio Bonilla and Guadalupe Guzman. Maria was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 649 E. 162 ^nd St, South Holland, IL.  Prayer service Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. at the funeral home leaving for a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 15746 Union Ave, Harvey, IL.  Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City, IL. Servicio de oración el sábado 6 de mayo de 2023 a las 9:15 a. m. en la funeraria saliendo para una misa fúnebre a las 10:00 a. m. en la iglesia católica St. John the Baptist, 15746 Union Ave, Harvey, IL.
