Marie H. Maltase, nee Rumish, age 89, of Crete, IL, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2025. Beloved wife of Richard J. Maltase. Loving mother of Timothy Maltase and the late Leslie (late Robert) Mendel. Dearest sister of Thomas (Jean) Rumish. Preceded in death by her parents Alexander and Joann Rumish. Marie was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
