Prophetess Marilyn Joyce Buchanan was born on November 3, 1940 in East St Louis, Illinois to the union of Ira Buchanan and Olivia Bell. Marilyn was the youngest of three children. Her father, mother, sister, Thelma Scott, brother, Arthur Pettis, nephew, Rodney Buchanan and niece, Diedre Buchanan preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her sweet memory are: a devoted confidant and friend, spiritual daughter Georgina Ayala, nephew, Myron Buchanan of St Louis, Missouri, nieces, Andrea (Vernon) Black of Arlington, Texas, Pamela Muhammad, Betty-Jean Charles, So. Holland, IL, (Minister Ralph) Muhammad of BlackJack, Missouri. Eight Great-nieces and nephews, Yolanda (Leroy) Brown of Huntsville, Alabama, Kirklan (Monica) Black of Grand Prairie, Texas, Dr. Ian (Carmen) Buchanan of Creve Ceour, Missouri, Ryan (Theresa) Black of Mansfield, Texas, Kelly (Charleen) Black of Smyrna, Georgia, Karriem (Rasheeda) Muhammad of St Louis, Missouri, Aliyah (Steven) Muhammad of Los Angeles, California, Morgan Buchanan of Smyrna, Georgia, and (spiritual) sons, Lorenzo Anastasie of Mansfield, Texas, and Steve Ayala, Chicago, IL; Nine Great-Great nieces and nephews and 4 Great-Great-Great nieces and nephews, best friend, Lou Ayala, and her Church Family of Kingdom Transformation Life Ctr. and many more relatives and friends.
