Marilyn J. Prystalski, nee Ward, age 84, of Dyer, IN, formerly of South Holland, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016. Beloved wife of Dr. Eugene Prystalski. Loving mother of Jeanne (William) Atkinson, Sheryl (Douglas) Stremplewski, Thomas (Norilyn) Prystalski, Julie (Paul) Bonoma, and Lynn (Daniel) Kloos. Proud grandmother of Billy, Bryan, Julie, Sheri, Amy, Lauren, Adam, Cody, Elizabeth, Jake, Max and Sophia; great-grandmother of Tessa and Mia. Dear sister of Eleanor (Jim) Murphy, the late Shirley (late Ernie) Bielenberg, Danny (Kathy) Ward, Robert (Lisa) Ward, and James (Leanne) Ward. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Harold and Anna Ward. Visitation Monday, September 26, 2016 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN. Prayer Service, Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Smits Funeral Home leaving to St. Maria Goretti Church, 500 Northgate Dr., Dyer, IN for a 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial.
