Marilyn Jean Wories, nee Ball, age 71, of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 18, 2023.  Beloved wife of Jack Wories.  Loving mother of Chad Wories and Jill McLaughlin. Cherished grandmother of Alyssa, Emma and Jacob Wories, Keegan, Brody, and Bryce McLaughlin. Dear sister of Joan Conces, Susan Fennema, and Carolyn Fieldhouse.   Preceded in death by her parents Harold and Frances Ball.  Marilyn was dearly loved and will be missed by all.

Visitation Friday, July 28, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN.  Interment Assumption Cemetery – Glenwood, IL.
