Marilynne J. Lewis

Marilynne J. Lewis (nee Michalik), 77, of Sauk Village, IL.  Passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024. Survived by husband, Thomas Lewis; daughter, Donna (Matthew) Block of Brownsburg, IN; son, Michael Lewis of Carmel, IN; grandchildren:  Amber Rich, David Rich, Peyton Rich, Danica Block, Gabrielle Block, Matthew Block, Samantha Block and Christian Block; one niece, Angeline (Carl) Hren; one nephew, D.J. Michalik; also, great niece, Ali Hren and great nephews Andrew Hren, Tony Michalik and Johnny Michalik; Alice and Theresa Biangmano. Fond sister of the late Donald Michalik. Devoted daughter of the late Peter and Louise Michalik.  Mrs. Lewis was an Avon representative and taught CCD classes at St. James Church for several years. Marilynne was loved by many and her presence will be deeply missed.

Prayer service Friday, December 13, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church, 440 Joliet St, Dyer, IN 46311.
