Marissa-Joi Lewis, age 29, late of Hammond, IN. Passed away Monday, March 29, 2010. Loving daughter of Everett and Debra Lewis nee Burnside. Dearest sister of Jordan Lewis. Cherished granddaughter of Lavenia (late Dennis L.) Burnside and Emmaline (late Everett M.) Lewis. Fond niece of Dennis & Leslie Burnside, Richard Lewis, Linda Burnside and Rochelle Burnside. Goddaughter of Julius Smith. Visitation Friday, April 2, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:30 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday evening at Spirit of God Fellowship Church (16350 State St. South Holland, IL 60473) with Dr. John F. Sullivan officiating. Interment will be held on Monday, April 5, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Mount Ever Rest Memorial Park Cemetery in Kalamazoo, MI.
