Martha Wiers, nee Klein, age 99, of Crete, formerly of Lansing, IL, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 17, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Peter Wiers. Loving mother of Ron (Mary) Wiers, the late Jane Flaherty, and the late Karen (Arthur) Treadwell. Proud grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 9. Visitation Wednesday, January 21, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30 & Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN with services conducted by Rev. Archie Bazuin. Interment Munster Christian Reformed Church Cemetery - Munster, IN.
