Marvin E.E. Anderson, age 86, of Crete, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 24, 2016. Beloved husband of Ruth Anderson, nee Wahlstrom. Devoted father of Douglas (Ann) Anderson, Debra (Roy) Scheck, and Donald (Jill) Anderson. Proud grandfather of 12; great- grandfather of six. Dear brother of the late Ruby (late Vernon) Noren, late Eleanor (late Hugo) Carlberg, late Bernice (Marvin) Peterson, and Doris (late John) Gudmundson. Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN 46311with services conducted by Rev.
