Mary Alice Davis

Mary Alice Davis, nee Cunnea, age 88 of Steger, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth M Davis Sr. and James E. Davis. Loving mother of Kenneth M. (Kathie) Jr., David A. (Than), Robert (Pauline), William, late Brian, Anthony (Rosie Ruiz), Jeffery A (Mary), and Richard E. (Nora) Davis. Cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 12. Dear sister of Janet (Jim) Sharpe, Edward (Sue) Cunnea, Edwin (Marilyn) Cunnea, late William Cunnea, Catherine “Kitty” (late Edwin) Schwalm, late John Cunnea, and Dorothy Cunnea. Fond aunt of many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation to be held Friday, September 5, 2025 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Smits – Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL 60475. Interment to be held Saturday, September 6, 2025 10:00 a.m. meeting directly at Assumption Cemetery- Glenwood, IL.
