Mary E. Jacobs, nee Rose, age 82, of Highland, IN, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. Beloved wife of the late James Jacobs. Loving mother of Mary Elizabeth (Jose) Amezcua, James Ray (Jodi) Jacobs, the late Jeannie (John) Carey, Richard Steven (Karen) Jacobs, Tina Michelle (Gary) Thompson, and Joseph (Fawn) Roche. Devoted grandmother of 18; great grandmother of 26. Dearest sister of Geraldine Holder, late Thomas Rose, late Junior Rose and late Pansy Lemons. Mary was lovingly cared for by her grandson Gary Thompson Jr. for the past 5 ½ years.
