Mary Ann Kozlowski

Mary Ann Kozlowski, nee Zmuda, age 84, of South Holland, IL, formerly of the Roseland Area in Chicago, passed away peacefully Friday, November 13, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Bruno T. Kozlowski Sr. Devoted mother of Mari (late Timothy) Smelko, Bruno Kozlowski Jr., and Steven (Elena) Kozlowski. Proud grandmother of Meryl Smelko, Carlyn Smelko, Sydney Smelko, Nicholaus Kozlowski, and Danielle Kozlowski; Great-grandmother of 8. Dearest sister of Tonia Zmuda, Sandy (Andy) Panega, Danielle (Bob) Young, Linda (Dennis) Bravo, and Mary Raasch. Kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents Anthony and Mary Zmuda. Mary Ann was a professional dancer and the owner/instructor of Mary Ann's Dance Academy in the West Pullman Neighborhood for many years. Visitation Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Directly at Holy Ghost Catholic Church (700 E. 170th St. South Holland, IL 60473) with Rev. Anthony Talarico officiating. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery - Calumet City, IL.
