Mary Ann Mulligan-Ramirez, nee Valdez, age 66, passed away peacefully in her home Thursday, May 11, 2023. Beloved wife of Manuel Ramirez Sr. Loving mother of Christina Rowell, the late Manuel Ramirez Jr., and David Ramirez. Devoted grandmother of Corrina (Juan) Muniz, Jesse Ramirez, Manuel Ramirez III, Anthony Ramirez, Isabel Ortiz, and Lizzette Rowell. Cherished great-grandmother of Antonio Ramirez, Enrique Ramirez, and Delicia Ramirez. Dear sister of Percy (Mike) Cole, Gladys (Larry) Doughtery, Marjorie (Ronald) Roberts, and was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Beloved aunt of special niece Marjorie Mendoza and many other nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was a joy to her family and friends and will be deeply missed.

Visitation to be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Smits-Steger Memorial Chapel, 3045 Chicago Rd., Steger, IL 60475. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Smits-Steger Memorial Chapel. Interment immediately to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL.
