Matthew Gabryszak

Matthew Gabryszak, age 60, late of St. John, IN, passed away peacefully Saturday, October 7, 2023.  Loving husband of Alicia Gabryszak, nee Aleman.  Devoted father of Jaime (Kevin) Heath, and Jeremy Gabryszak.  Proud grandfather of Hailey, Hunter, and Harper Heath.  Dear brother of David Lindsey, Pamela Halpin, Debra Lindsey, Andrew Gabryszak, the late James Lindsey, and the late Monica Lindsey.  Kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by his parents Allen and Margaret Gabryszak.

Matt was a huge Green Bay Packers fan, enjoyed cooking, and an occasional bet on a sporting event.  Matt was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Visitation Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 6:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.), Dyer, IN.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to American Heart Association or David Kreis Memorial Foundation.
