Milford N. "Bud" Hedberg Jr., age 78, of Munster, IN, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Beloved husband of Carol Hedberg nee Andersen. Dear father of Candice (Michael) Boer, Karen (Charles) Weiss, and James (Maricela) Hedberg. Proud grandfather of Stephanie (Curt) Edwards, Kirsten (fiancé Brandon Utley) Plug, Rachel and Lindsay Weiss. Loving brother of the late Carol (late George) Johnson and Jeanne (late Charles) Gardner. Visitation Saturday, December 22, 2012 from10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:30 PM at the Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN. Mr. Hedberg was a partner with the accounting firm of Grant Thornton LLP and a very active member at Village Church for many years.
