Myron E. Kurth, age 82, of Schererville, IN, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Beloved husband of the late Mary Ann, nee Dominik; loving father of Judy(Chuck) Petersen, Ricky(Barbara) Kurth, and David (Gail) Kurth; cherished grandfather of Amy(Dwayne) Eury, Brad(Sandra) Petersen, Michelle(Miles) Stalbaum, and Matthew, Melanie, and Jesse Kurth; devoted great-grandfather of Mason, Addison, Lauren, and Miller ; dear brother of Beatrice(late Norman) Lamore, Edward Wayne(Faith) Kurth, and Jean(Bill) Collins. Visitation, Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 2:00 " 8:00 p.m. at the Smits Funeral Home, 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN. Visitation also on Friday, April 8, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home, with services conducted by Mr. Kurths son, Pastor Ricky Kurth. Myron founded Greenwood Tool & Die Co. and was previously employed at Acme Steel in Riverdale and Rexnord in Dolton, IL. Memorial Contributions may be given to the William J.
